Recruitment is an exciting time, full of meeting new people and making decisions of which organization to join. The Greek community has much to offer women at the TAMUCC. Alpha Gamma Delta provides its members with leadership and philanthropic experience, strives to uphold academic excellence, and offers a bond of friendship so unmatched that it can only be called sisterhood. Recruitment is a weeklong mutual selection process when the women of each chapter get to meet the potential new members interested in joining a sorority. During this time, potential new members will have the chance to meet our sisters and have the opportunity to talk with sisters individually and to learn about Alpha Gamma Delta. Recruitment is divided into four rounds—round one, two, three and preferentials. As the week progresses, the potential members will learn a little more about what makes each chapter special. The culmination of Recruitment ends with Bid Day.

Recruitment for Fall 2006 is September 14-17th.
